Hi, I’m DR. Carly Farmer.

I’m a mother, a chemist, a farmer, a parasitologist.

With over 15 years of experience in parasitology, phytochemistry, and farming, I am your guide to farm sciences.

I received my BS in Animal and Veterinary Sciences, my PhD in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems from the University of Rhode Island, and my post-doctoral training with the USDA-ARS. I specialize in livestock parasites, natural alternative methods to parasite management, organic and inorganic chemistry related to plants and plant compounds, and analytical laboratory methods and techniques.

Today, I live on a small farm with goats, chickens, and livestock guardian dogs. My family and I enjoy farming, gardening, and living sustainably off our small piece of land.

Based in Northern Vermont, Farmer Analytics serves as a parasitology laboratory to test your livestock for parasites and serves as a resource for you as you navigate parasite management on your farm.
